Everyonce in awhile in life
we need to take a different route
to have a new view
We drove 1.5 hours out of our way
to enjoy the Florida Forest
Smell the fresh air
and see a different part of Florida
The South and North sides of Florida
Seem like two different states.
As we drove I kept pointing to different
signs of State Parks
My husband would smile at me and say
"That's nice Dear"
Finally, he pulled over
and we were overjoyed with what we discovered.
We found a gem in the forest
just the two of us.
Krul Park
made me remember
that sometimes we miss out
when we don't take the time
to pull over and enjoy the moments
that are passing by.
