Georgia on my mind...

Georgia on My Mind

Georgia, Georgia, the whole day through
Just an old sweet song keeps Georgia on my mind.
Georgia, Georgia, a song of you
Comes as sweet and clear as moonlight through the pines.
Other arms reach out to me
Other eyes smile tenderly
Still in peaceful dreams I see
The road leads back to you.
Georgia, Georgia, no peace I find
Just an old sweet song keeps Georgia on my mind.
Melodies bring memories
That linger in my heart
Make me think of Georgia
Why did we ever part?
Some sweet day when blossoms fall
And all the world's a song
I'll go back to Georgia
'Cause that's where I belong.

Our first stop was the visitor center and the nicest lady
told us about Savannah and everything we should see.
So we got our map and off we went.

WATERFRONT

It's not very often that my traveling companion let's me take pictures of him
but these bottles were just so cool.

Quite a few fountains which I couldn't get enough.

We fell in love with the homes which had quite a few for sale signs.
When I got to a computer I went on trulia only 3 million dollar homes.

We thought about taking the trolley to different locations
but by the time we waited and got on we would be to the next site.

We walked, walked and walked.
These sandals were hurting my husband feet so we traded shoes.
I ended up getting a couple blisters, the things we do for love.
I'll always remember Savannah as a place of love and beauty.
